Our Hickory Smoked Whisky begins with freshly milled Ohio Soft Red Winter Wheat and Yellow Corn. We Preserve the natural flavors and infuse locally harvested, kiln dried, toasted and smoked Hickory using our custom crafted vacuum still.

Exceptionally smooth, with characteristics of a spicy, fruity bourbon whiskey and the light smokiness of a single malt scotch whisky
