Barrel Finished Gin begins with fresh milled Ohio Soft Red Winter Wheat and Spring Water. We use our custom crafted vacuum still to infuse the Gin with a proprietary blend of botanicals, and finish it in locally sourced used casks. Thus, each batch is a unique experience!
