COCKTAIL RECIPES

smoked old fashioned — SMOKED OLD FASHIONED

2 oz Seven Brothers Hickory Smoked Whisky
1/4 oz simple syrup
2-3 dash Angostura Bitters
2-3 dash Orange Bitters
Stir with ice and strain over one large cube into a Rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Smoked Buck — SMOKED BUCK

2 oz Seven Brothers Hickory Smoked Whisky
1.5 oz Ginger Beer
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Shake over ice, and strain into a Copper Mug. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Smoked Bloody Mary — BROTHERS BLOODY MARY

2 oz Seven Brothers Hickory Smoked Whisky
4 oz Bloody Mary mix
2 dash Tobasco sauce
2 dash Worcestershire sauce
.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 pinch Black Pepper
1 pinch Salt
Shake over ice, and strain into a Highball glass. Garnish with a celery stalk, lime wedge and olives.

Smoky Grove — SMOKY GROVE

2 oz Seven Brothers Hickory Smoked Whisky
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth (Carpano Antica)
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth (Dolin)
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Orange Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled Coupe. Garnish with a cherry or orange.

.75 oz Tonic Syrup
Option: Substitute All Natural Tonic Water for combination of Club Soda and Tonic Syrup
Stir briefly over ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Southside — BROTHERS SOUTHSIDE

2 oz Seven Brothers Seven Botanicals Gin
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
4 Mint Leaves
Muddle simple syrup and mint. Add remaining ingredients, shake over ice and strain into a chilled Coupe.

7B MARTINI

3 oz Seven Brothers Seven Botanicals Gin
1 oz Dry Vermouth
1 dash Orange Bitters
Stir ingredients over ice and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Cucumber Garden Gin — CLE GARDEN GIN

1.5 oz Seven Brothers Seven Botanicals Gin
1.25 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 slices Cucumber
4 Mint Leaves
Muddle mint leaves and cucumber in a shaker. Combine remaining ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into a Rocks glass and garnish with a cucumber wheel.

Bees Knees Gin — 7 BEES KNEES

2 oz Seven Brothers Seven Botanicals Gin
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Honey Syrup
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled Coupe.

French 7B

Ingredients

1.5 oz Seven Brothers Seven Botanicals Gin
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup

Shake gin, lemon juice and simple syrup over ice and strain into a Champagne Flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.

.75 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Maraschino Liqueur (Luxardo)
.25 oz Creme de Violette

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled Coupe.

1 oz Benedictine or Yellow Charteuse
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredient in a mixing glass and stir over ice. Strain into a chilled Coupe and garnish with a lemon twist

Grapefruit Juice

3 oz Seven Brothers Touchstone Wheat Vodka
.5 oz Dry Vermouth (Dolin)
.5 oz Olive Brine
2-3 Olives
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with 2-3 olives.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Seven Brothers Touchstone Wheat Vodka
.5 oz St-Germain
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
2-3 Cucumber Slices
Club Soda

Muddle cucumber in a shaker. Combine vodka, St-Germain, lemon juice and simple syrup and shake over ice. Strain into a Highball glass and top with club soda. Garnish with cucumber wheels.
